Payment
Payments must be made on-line by credit card (Visa or Mastercard). In exceptional circumstances payments can be made by bank transfer.

Confirmation
You will receive an automatic confirmation of your online registration to the Symposium. Please note that you will receive a separate confirmation from the payment system once the payment is successful. If you have any questions regarding your registration please contact Arabelle Fourgo:

Registration Desk
Registered delegates may pick up their Symposium materials at the registration desk from 12.00 on September 12, 2013.
Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy
Costs referred to on the registration form are in Euros. All payments must be made in Euros.
Payments must be received prior to the start of the meeting. Delegates with outstanding payments will be asked for payment on site, proof of payment or a guarantee by credit card.
If one of these cannot be supplied, the delegate will be refused access to the meeting or may have to be asked to pay on site.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing and postmarked on or before August 12, 2013.
For delegates, a €100 cancellation fee will apply to cancellations received before or on this date. For partners a €50 fee will apply. For cancellations received after August 12, 2013 registration fees cannot be refunded.
All refunds are subject to prevailing exchange rates. Refunds will be made following the meeting in the same manner as the original payment was received.
Liability
In the case of government intervention or regulation, military activity, strikes, terrorism and natural disasters or any other circumstances that make it impossible or inadvisable for the Intermingling nephrologists Conference to take place at the time and place provided, the participant shall waive any claim for damages or compensation except the amount paid for registration after deduction of actual expenses incurred in connection with the symposium and there shall be no future liability on the part of either part.
Visa and entry requirements: It is the delegate’s responsibility to ensure any legal entry requirements are adhered to and that relevant visas are obtained in advance.
Force Majeure: Force majeure' frees both parties, the delegate and the organiser, from the contractual responsibilities of this agreement. Force majeure includes: e.g. war, military occupation, riot, strike, collapse of the provision of supplies, suspension of air traffic .
Travel insurance: Delegates are advised to procure their own personal and travel insurance.
