Payment Deadlines and Conditions
Full payment must be received before the corresponding deadline (30 June 2014) to benefit from early registration fee. After this date the subsequent rate applies automatically.

 

Accommodation
Registration fees do not include hotel accommodation. To make your hotel booking the Symposium has negotiated special Symposium rates with the Symposium hotel ( Nantasket Beach Resort ). Visit the accommodation page here for more information on Symposium hotel and to make reservations.

 

 

Certificate of Attendance
All registered participants can collect their Certificate of Attendance at the Registration Area at the Nantasket Beach Resort as of Saturday September 13, 2014 after 2:00pm.

 

 

Confirmation of Registration
Upon finalizing your (online) Symposium registration you will receive an immediate e-acknowledgement including all the details of your Symposium registration.
Within one (1) weeks after receipt of your registration fees you will receive a personalized confirmation by email.
Approximately two weeks before the Symposium you will receive an email including all updated useful and and important Symposium information.

Letter of Invitation

On request, the ISN Customer Service staff will send a letter of invitation to attend the Symposium. Such an invitation is extended specifically to assist participants to obtain travel funds, appropriate visas, approvals, sponsorship or official leave. It does not imply a commitment on the part of the organizers to provide any support, financial or otherwise. Only registered delegates who have paid their Symposium registration fees in full will be issued with a letter of invitation.

 

Insurance
The organizers of the Intermingling nephrologists Conference do not accept liability for individual medical, travel or personal insurance and participants are strongly advised to make their own arrangements regarding health and travel insurance.

 

 

Language and Translation
The official language of the Symposium is English, presentations will be delivered in English and no translation service will be provided.

 

 

Lunch and Refreshments
Daily coffee breaks are scheduled in the poster area and are included in the registration fees. A Welcome Networking Reception is scheduled on Thursday September 11, 2014 and is included in the registration fees. Lunch is also available in the Poster Area on Friday September 12 and Saturday September 13, 2014.

Replacements and Cancellations Policies
Cancellations of confirmed registrations are subject to an administrative charge of 150 USD provided the cancellation is received before August 4, 2014. For cancellations received after this date no refunds will be made. All cancellations must be made in writing to the ISN Global Operations Center (  ">This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. ) and actual refunds will be made after the Symposium.
Replacements (= delegate name change) of a confirmed registration may be made until August 4, 2014 free of charge. Replacements made after August 4, 2014 are subject to an administrative fee of 75 USD. 
Reprints of lost badges onsite during the Symposium (for confirmed registrations) are subject to an administrative charge of 50 USD

 

Italian Participants
Alijet& Fargo International S.r.l. is authorized to collect and present to the Department of Public Health in Rome, Italy the application forms of all participants and companies from Italy who will be attending and participating in the upcoming Intermingling nephrologists Conference from 11-14 September 2014.  For further information please contact: Mrs. Paola Cirri via:This email address is being protected from spambots. Transportation
No Symposium bus shuttles or transportation is arranged or included in the registration fees. For information about airports and accessibility please visit the travel Information tab on the Forefronts website.
