Registered participants plus one accompanying person traveling to the event can qualify for a discount of up to 20%, depending on fare and class of travel booked.

Arrival to Nantasket Beach Resort (Symposium venue)
Boston Logan International Airport is located in Boston. It is situated 40km from the Symposium venue.
As this specific transfer is quite complex, we recommend you to follow the below steps cautiously. Also make sure that you fill the Shuttle Request Form linked below.

Upon Arrival at Logan Airport you have the following options:

 

          1. Silver Line/Red Line option

At Logan Airport take the Silver Line SL1 to the South Station. (Silver Line has a stop directly in front of each terminal, runs every 10-15 mins from 5:30AM to 12:30AM and it takes about 25 mins to reach South Station. It is FREE of charge.

Upon arriving at South Station take the Red Line to Quincy Center Station (direction Braintree Station). The Red Line runs every 10-15 mins, costs 2.65 US$ and it takes approx. 20 mins to reach Quincy Center Station. For a detailed map of the public transport system  in Boston area (MBTA) click here.

The Nantasket Beach Resort complimentary Shuttle Van will come and pick you up at the Hancock Street Exit of the Quincy Center Station provided you have booked it via filling the HOTEL SHUTTLE VAN REQUEST FORM at least 10 days before your arrival. The Shuttle Van from Quincy Center Station to the Hotel runs on request ONLY, on the hour, every hour. Please be patient when arriving at the station as the Shuttle Van may be on route from another pickup. Waiting times can vary from 15-20 minutes.

Should you miss your booked shuttle (due to flight delays etc) call the Nantasket Beach resort as soon as you can at (001)-781-925-4500 to look for alternative solution.

The city of Boston’s public transit system, the MBTA, is commonly referred to as the “T”. Watch for the symbol of a letter T inside a circle to locate public transit boarding locations. Please note that the Government Center Subway Station is closed.

 

 

          2. Water Shuttle / MBTA Harbor Express Water Shuttle

At the Boston Logan International Airport go to the bus pick-up area (located at the lower level of every terminal). Look for the blue and white buses and then watch for the Massport Route 66 Shuttle Bus, also labeled Water Shuttle. It provides free of charge service to the Logan Dock and usually runs every 5-6 minutes.

At the pier, connect with the MBTA Harbor Express Water Shuttle labeled "Hingham Hull Logan Boston T" (not water taxi which is a private small boat), which will take you to Hull – Pemberton Point. ATTENTION: Ask a crew member to announce arrival at Pemberton Point, as the dock is not labeled!

The boat costs 16.00 USD per trip and takes around 40 minutes. Tickets can be bought on board.

Upon Arrival at Pemberton Point, Hull:

The Nantasket Beach Resort complimentary Shuttle Van will come and pick you up provided you have booked it via HOTEL SHUTTLE VAN REQUEST FORM at least 10 days before your arrival. The ride will be approximately 10 mins.
The Shuttle Van from the Pier to the Hotel runs on request ONLY, on the hour, every hour. Please be patient when arriving at the dock as the Shuttle Van may be on route from another pickup. Waiting times can vary from 15-20 minutes.
Be aware that the shuttle service is only on request and there are no taxis waiting at the dock!

          3. Taxi

Taxi From Logan Airport to Nantasket Beach resort costs approximately 80 USD and takes about 1 hour.
