Abstracts will no longer be accepted.

You will receive an email within two (2) business days after submitting your abstract. If you submitted on the date of the deadline and do not receive confirmation within 48 hours, please contact

NOTIFICATION
The Presenting Author of the abstract accepted will be notified by July 10, 2015 as well as the type of presentation and will be required to register to the Symposium. The abstract submitters of accepted abstracts are entitled to register at the discounted registration fees provided they register by the early bird deadline which is July 24, 2015. If he/she is unable to register by that date, he/she will be able to register at the regular rate. Please note that for Selected Abstract presenters failing to register by August 28, 2015 no abstract will be printed in the Program Book nor the Poster be presented at the Intermingling nephrologists Conference. Presence, and thus registration, will be requested to be published in the Program Book and in the Poster area. If the Presenting Author is unable to present the abstract, another Co-Author can take his/her place as long as he or she is duly registered to the Symposium. A letter from the Presenting Author informing about the change is requested and must be sent to the Symposium Secretariat by no later than August 28, 2015.

ABSTRACT PUBLICATION
Accepted abstracts will be printed in the book of abstracts that will be distributed as part of the Symposium material (only if the Presenting co-Author or another co-author are duly registered by August 28, 2015).

WITHDRAWAL/CHANGES
Submitted abstracts CANNOT be withdrawn or changed. No exceptions will be made. 

ORIGINAL ABSTRACTS
Submitted abstracts must describe unpublished work which is not already in press and which is not awaiting possible acceptance by any other society or event.

COPYRIGHT
By submitting this abstract, the author assigns copyright to the ISN.

CATEGORIES AND TOPICS 
Abstracts submitted will be considered for Poster Presentation or Oral Presentation (only limited slot are available for Oral Presentation during the Symposium).

INVITED SPEAKER ABSTRACTS
Invited speakers will be contacted separately regarding the submission of their abstracts and are requested to refrain from using the regular abstract submission form on the website.

ORGAN TRAFFICKING AND TOURISM ETHICS COMPLIANCE

ISN supports the need to stop practices and policies of organ trafficking and tourism.
