The organizer has reserved limited hotel rooms at special room rates for delegates attending the Symposium at the Four Points by Sheraton, Shenzhen which is also the Symposium venue.

• Early check-in and/or late check-out will be subject to availability and additional charge will apply.

• If you are crossing the International Date Line, please take into consideration the time difference and check that your arrival date in Shenzhen is correct.

 

Booking Notes:

1. To guarantee the special discount rates, reservations must be made through the Intermingling nephrologists Conference Shenzhen 2015 – Registration Office c/o International Conference Consultants Limited (ICC). Full payment of room charge is required upon reservation.

2. All charges will be charged in Hong Kong Dollar (HK$). The room rate in USD is for reference only.

3. Hotel reservations will be taken on a “first-come, first-served” basis and subject to room availability.

4. The above hotel rates are valid in the period of 22-24 October 2015 inclusive, for delegates attending the Symposium only. All bookings for days outside the said period will be subject to availability.

5. All enquiries, changes or cancellation of room reservations should be addressed to the Registration Office and NOT directly to the hotel.

6. Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations on or before 20 August 2015	One-night room charge will be charged as cancellation penalty.
Cancellations between 21 August to 5 October 2015	50% of total room charge will be charged as cancellation penalty.
Cancellations, change or shorten period of stay or early departure  or no-show after 5 October 2015	100% of the total room charge of the entire period of stay and/or unused nights will be charged as cancellation fee.
