Accommodation
Registration fees do not include hotel accommodation. To make your hotel booking the Symposium has negotiated special Symposium rates with the Symposium hotel (Four Points by Sheraton Shenzhen). Visit the accommodation page HERE for more information on Symposium hotel and to make reservations.

CME Accreditation
Intermingling nephrologists Conference - Immunomodulation of Cardio-Renal Function is designated for a maximum of, or up to 16 European CME credits (ECMEC) by the EACCME. 

Each medical specialist should claim only those credits that he/she actually spent in the educational activity.
The EACCME is an institution of the European Union of Medical Specialists (UEMS), www.uems.net. 

Through an agreement between the European Union of Medical Specialists and the American Medical Association, physicians may convert EACCME credits to an equivalent number of AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Information on the process to convert EACCME credit to AMA credit can be found at www.ama-assn.org/go/internationalcme. 

Live educational activities, occurring outside of Canada, recognized by the UEMS-EACCME for ECMEC credits are deemed to be Accredited Group Learning Activities (Section 1) as defined by the Maintenance of Certification Program of The Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.

Certificate of Attendance
All registered participants can collect their Certificate of Attendance at the Registration Area at the Four Points by Sheraton Shenzhen (which is the Symposium venue) as of Saturday October 24, 2015 after 2:00pm.

Confirmation of Registration
Upon finalizing your (online) Symposium registration you will receive an immediate e-acknowledgement including all the details of your Symposium registration.
Within two (2) weeks after receipt of your registration fees you will receive a personalized confirmation by email.
Approximately two weeks before the Symposium you will receive an email including all updated useful and important Symposium information.

Insurance
The organizers of the Intermingling nephrologists Conference (ISN & ICC) do not accept liability including in the event of cancellation of the Intermingling nephrologists Conference, for individual medical, travel or personal insurance and participants are strongly advised to make their own arrangements regarding health and travel insurance.

Language and Translation
The official language of the Symposium is English, presentations will be delivered in English and no translation service will be provided.

Letter of Invitation
On request, the ISN Forefronts Shenzhen 2015 Registration Office staff (International Conference Consultants, email: ) will send a letter of invitation to attend the Symposium. Such an invitation is extended specifically to assist participants to obtain travel funds, appropriate visas, approvals, sponsorship or official leave. It does not imply a commitment on the part of the organizers to provide any support, financial or otherwise. Only registered delegates who have paid their Symposium registration fees in full will be issued with a letter of invitation. 

Lunch and Refreshments
Daily coffee breaks are scheduled in the poster area and are included in the registration fees. A Welcome Networking Reception is scheduled on Thursday October 22, 2015 and is included in the registration fees. Lunch is also available in the Poster Area on Friday October 23 and Saturday October 24, 2015.

Description of Membership Types and Registration Categories

(1) ISN Members: Members in good standing of the ISN
(2) New ISN Members Joining: Individuals currently not a member of the ISN who wish to attend the symposium and join ISN as a          member at the same time (significant savings)
(3) Non Members: Individuals registering to the Symposium but not interested in being ISN members
(4) ISN Members in Training: Young nephrologist members of the ISN under the age of 37. ISN In-training membership is free for eligible individuals. CLICK HERE for more information

Replacements and Cancellations Policies
Cancellations of confirmed registrations are subject to an administrative charge of 150 USD provided the cancellation is received before September 11, 2015. For cancellations received after this date no refunds will be made. All cancellations must be made in writing to ISN Forefronts Shenzhen Shenzhen 2015 – Registration office (International Conference Consultants email: . Actual refunds will be made after the Symposium.
Replacements (= delegate name change) of a confirmed registration may be made until September 11, 2015 free of charge. Replacements made after September 11, 2015 are subject to an administrative fee of 75 USD.
Reprints of lost badges onsite during the Symposium (for confirmed registrations) are subject to an administrative charge of 50 USD.


Italian Participants
Alijet& Fargo International S.r.l. is authorized to collect and present to the Department of Public Health in Rome, Italy the application forms of all participants and companies from Italy who will be attending and participating in the upcoming Intermingling nephrologists Conference from 22-25 October 2015. Transportation
