From Shenzhen Bao’an International Airport
Travel Distance: Approximately 45.0 km/27.96 miles

A) By Private Car
Fee: RMB 500 for a one-way transfer (maximum 6 passengers).
(Waiting fee is 300 CNY per hour.)

B) By Taxi

C) By Shenzhen Metro

Please take Line 1 (Luobao Line) at Airport East Station, interchange to Line 4 (Longhua Line) at Convention & Exhibition Center Station and alight at Futian Check Point station. The hotel is by 3-min taxi drive.

It costs approximately RMB 8 and travelling time is around 1 hour. Please visit the SZMC website for most up-to-date information.

Hotel shuttle bus at Futian Border
The hotel provides free regular shuttle bus from Futian Border MTR Station. Please refer to the below schedule for your reference:

Monday to Friday: Every 30 minutes at 09:30-18:30 (No service at 12:00pm)
Saturday to Sunday: Every 60 minutes at 09:30-18:30 (No service at 12:30pm)

 

From Hong Kong International Airport

1. Cross-Border Coach

Coach service between Hong Kong International Airport and Four Points by Sheraton Shenzhen are available at the Coach station of Terminal 2 in the Hong Kong International Airport.  You may look for “Eternal East Cross-Border Coach” and purchase the ticket from the below counter:

    B.  Private Vehicle

If you would like to arrange pick up by private vehicle from the Hong Kong International Airport, please contact the Registration Office at  for details. The cost is around HK$1,100 per transfer. Advance reservation is required. 

 

Visa Application
Visa to Shenzhen, China
Most foreign nationals require a visa to enter Mainland China. Visas should be obtained from the Embassy or Consulate General of the People's Republic of China in the applicant’s country before departing to Mainland China. A standard China tourist visa is good for sightseeing and visiting friends and relatives, and can be obtained for a single entry, double entries or multiple entries. Other visas such as business visas or working visas are also available. For details, please contact your nearest Chinese embassy or consulate.

The travel documents must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of traveling.

Important Notes:

• If your departure flight is in Hong Kong and you are from countries for which visas are required for entry to Hong Kong, please note that you will have to apply for 1 visa to China and 2 visas to Hong Kong.
• You are advised to apply for the visa 2-3 months prior to your scheduled arrival date.

• Letter of Invitation: on request, the ISN Forefronts Shenzhen 2015 Registration office staff (International Conference Consultants, Email: ) will send a letter of invitation to attend the Symposium. Such an invitation is extended specifically to assist participants to obtain travel funds, appropriate visas, approvals, sponsorship or official leave. It does not imply a commitment on the part of the organizers to provide any support, financial or otherwise. Only registered delegates who have paid their Symposium registration fees in full will be issued with a letter of invitation.

Visa to Hong Kong
Visitors must hold a valid passport, endorsed where necessary for Hong Kong. Hong Kong has a liberal visa policy, allowing visa-free entry to nationals of more than 170 countries and territories. For country-specific visa information, please visit HERE.  For delegates from countries for which visas are required for entry to Hong Kong, please check with the Chinese Embassy or Consulate in your country.

Customs
Visitors entering Mainland China must follow the regulations of the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China. For details, please check the China National Tourism Administration website.
